Le Docteur Smarrito<\/strong> a rencontr\u00e9 le Professeur\u00a0Wang<\/strong>, chef de service chinois et vice pr\u00e9sident de la facult\u00e9 de PEKIN, en d\u00e9monstration chirurgicale lors du Congr\u00e8s de P\u00e9kin. Le congr\u00e8s de P\u00e9kin est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement\u00a0 majeur en Asie, puisqu\u2019il regroupe plusieurs participants du Capa et de nombreux chefs de service.
\nIl est amusant de voir que la salle contenait des centaines de participants<\/strong> et qu\u2019il y avait autant de demandeurs \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, qui sont rest\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, car le nombre de places \u00e9tait limit\u00e9 et le tri assez s\u00e9lectif \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n

D\u2019ailleurs, les chirurgiens pr\u00e9sents \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien aguerris aux diff\u00e9rentes techniques mais ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la modernit\u00e9 des id\u00e9es avanc\u00e9es par le Docteur Smarrito en mati\u00e8re de m\u00e9decine et de chirurgie intime<\/strong> ainsi que sa parfaite connaissance des techniques laser et des techniques combin\u00e9es, ayant lui-m\u00eame mis au point la technique de la nymphoplastie combin\u00e9e et du sex lifting.<\/p>\n

Lors\u00a0 de ce congr\u00e8s, une pr\u00e9sentation a attir\u00e9 l\u2019attention du Docteur Smarrito, en effet, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience cor\u00e9enne \u00e9tait relativement tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente de ce qui est pratiqu\u00e9, les r\u00e9sultats avant-apr\u00e8s aboutissent souvent \u00e0 une ablation\u00a0 assez importante de la petite l\u00e8vre et un resserrement de l\u2019orifice vaginal majeur. Le Docteur Smarrito ayant particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la table ronde, nous nous sommes permis d\u2019\u00e9changer avec le coll\u00e8gue cor\u00e9en sur nos diff\u00e9rences<\/strong>. En fait, il me semble que ce soit bien une diff\u00e9rence culturelle qui soit \u00e0 l\u2019origine des diff\u00e9rentes techniques, puisqu\u2019en Cor\u00e9e, la\u00a0 technique principale est l\u2019incision directe aboutissant \u00e0 une r\u00e9section majeure, alors que depuis des ann\u00e9es, le Docteur Smarrito met en garde contre cette technique aboutissant parfois \u00e0 des r\u00e9sections excessives.<\/p>\n

\"R\u00e9ception<\/a>

R\u00e9ception dans la clinique priv\u00e9e de Beijing du docteur SMARRITO…<\/p><\/div>\n

Nous constatons qu’en Cor\u00e9e du Sud pr\u00e9domine la demande esth\u00e9tique plus que fonctionnelle, puisque le bord de la petite l\u00e8vre g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement naturel et fonc\u00e9 doit \u00eatre enlev\u00e9 pour atteindre un aspect minimal et ros\u00e9, signe de jeunesse. Cette technique ne semble pas adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et \u00e0 la culture europ\u00e9enne et nous restons convaincus que la technique lambda laser mise au point par le Docteur Smarrito est la plus adapt\u00e9e tant\u00a0 au niveau des demandes culturelles, techniques que fonctionnelles.<\/p>\n

Mais il faut respecter les diff\u00e9rences, l\u00e0 encore la Cor\u00e9e est tr\u00e8s en avance d\u2019un point de vue de la chirurgie esth\u00e9tique mais probablement plus ax\u00e9e sur l\u2019aspect visuel que fonctionnel.<\/p>\n

Cet \u00e9change fort cordial et tr\u00e8s technique a permis aussi de mettre en \u00e9vidence des diff\u00e9rences au niveau des demandes chirurgicales<\/strong>. La demande cor\u00e9enne est principalement ax\u00e9e sur le visage et, avec une forte client\u00e8le de tourisme m\u00e9dical chinois, \u2026..les indications sont principalement la rhinoplastie d\u2019augmentation, la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un pli au niveau de la paupi\u00e8re sup\u00e9rieure, le gonflement des joues et la chirurgie osseuse de la mandibule pour avoir un aspect plus triangulaire, ainsi que la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un front bomb\u00e9, crit\u00e8res de beaut\u00e9 qui ne sont jamais demand\u00e9s dans nos pays europ\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n

Nous restons en contact avec l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9quipes asiatiques et les propositions des invitations faites au Docteur Smarrito pour des conf\u00e9rences, des workshops, des d\u00e9monstrations chirurgicales, voire m\u00eame du tourisme sont plus nombreuses que le nombre de jours possibles dans une ann\u00e9e. Nous en sommes tr\u00e8s honor\u00e9s et nous remercions vivement le Professeur\u00a0Wang<\/strong> ainsi que l\u2019universit\u00e9 de P\u00e9kin et la Capa pour cette invitation et pour la d\u00e9couverte des ces diff\u00e9rents aspects de notre m\u00e9tier en Asie.<\/p>\n

Le Docteur Smarrito a d\u2019ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu membre de l\u2019Association de chirurgie gyn\u00e9cologique et plastique<\/strong> au niveau du comit\u00e9 directeur, et peut utiliser le titre de Professeur en chirurgie en Chine, ce qui est fort amusant pour un europ\u00e9en exer\u00e7ant en lib\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n

Dr Smarrito met with Professor Wang, the Beijing Chief of Staff, in a surgical demonstration at the Beijing Congress, the Beijing Congress is a major event in Asia, as it brings together several Capa participants and many department heads.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is amusing to see that the room contained hundreds of participants and that there were as many out-of-town applicants who stayed outside because the number of places was limited and there was a lot of selective sorting at the entrance of the congress.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Besides, the surgeons present were already well experienced in the various techniques but appreciated the modernity of the ideas advanced by Dr Smarrito in medicine and intimate surgery as well as his perfect knowledge of laser techniques and combined techniques, having himself developed the technique of combined nymphoplasty and sex lifting.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

During the congress, a presentation attracted the attention of Dr. Smarrito, because the Korean experience was relatively different from what was practiced, before and after results often result in a rather large ablation of the Labia minora and a tightening of the major vaginal orifice.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As Dr Smarrito participated in the round table, we took the opportunity to talk with the Korean colleague about our differences.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In fact, it seems to me that it is indeed a cultural difference that is at the origin of the different techniques, since in Korea, the main technique is the direct incision leading to a major resection, whereas for years the Dr Smarrito warns against this technique sometimes leading to excessive resections.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We find … predominates the aesthetic demand more than functional, since the edge of the Labia minora generally natural and dark must be removed to achieve a minimal and pinkish appearance, sign of youth.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This technique does not seem to be adapted to the clientele and to the European culture and we remain convinced that the lambda laser technique developed by Dr. Smarrito is the most adapted in terms of cultural, technical and functional demands.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But we must respect the differences, again Korea is far ahead in terms of aesthetic surgery but probably more focused on the visual than functional.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This very cordial and very technical exchange also made it possible to highlight differences in surgical demands. The Korean demand is mainly focused on the face and, with a strong clientele of Chinese medical tourism : indications are mainly rhinoplasty augmentation, creating a fold at the upper eyelid, swelling cheeks and bone surgery of the mandible to have a more triangular appearance, as well as the creation of a bulging forehead, criteria of beauty that is never seeked in our European countries.<\/p>\n

We remain in touch with all the Asian teams and the proposals of invitations to Doctor Smarrito for conferences, workshops, surgical demonstrations and even tourism are more numerous than the number of possible days in a year.<\/p>\n

We are very honored and thank you very much Professor Wang and the University of Beijing and the Capa for this invitation and for the discovery of these different aspects of our business in Asia.<\/p>\n

Dr Smarrito has been elected a member of the Association of Gynecological and Plastic Surgery at the level of the Steering Committee and can use the title of Professor of Surgery in China, which is very amusing for a European practicing as a liberal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
